As you can see, ch.Kim's s-user's account downloads the file to download manager, but my account is not accepted and the error keeps popping up.
For your information, both accounts are initially set to have the same permissions

some user report that this is certainly occuring as a temporary issue. Otherwise I´d recommend to:

a) check KBA 2433795

b) open a case / Expert Chat under component XX-SER-SAPSMP-SDM

Please also think about removing the detailed email addresses above to prevent abuse -
