I'll send you an old Led Zepelin T-shirt I have once you reach 10000 point. I think there may even still be some food encrusted in it.

But I'll need the shipping fees paid up front.

On a more serious note: I did just check the link that, in fact, there is a donation based point system to provide money for the world food program. That is a really good idea and one of the best ways to manage the points.

Way to go.

The Led Zepelin T-shirt offer still stand though

And therein lies the rub. I hand delivered a few hundred shirts to TechEd Bangalore and brought them in as my personal luggage as did some of my team (what a heavy schlep). We had very bad experiences trying to bring textiles to India. Customs doesn't like it.

What seems to make almost everyone happy is the idea that collaborative accomplishment provides kids with opportunity. I love the school feeding programs of the world food program and even in countries where there is no formal WFP the idea of "[feeding knowledge|http://www.sapfeedingknowledge.com]" resonates well.

So rather than concentrating on "stuff", lets really focus on quality and supportive behavior. I've kicked my own collecting habit. This blog which my daughter shared with me a while back explains why and how to relate to the [story of stuff|http://www.storyofstuff.com/blog/]. Let acknowledgment remove the concentration on the material please.
