One of our partner, is not able to access Accelators documents from SAP Best Practices, from the following link https://me.sap.com/processnavigator/SolS/EARL_SolS-055/2022/SolP/1SG?region=US &tab=documentation . Please, let me know, where to address the request for obtaining the authorization . Thank You!

mostly products not visible for download are an issue with order management. Some Products which do not require a booked contractual license should be downloadable but fails sometimes because of technical issue.
I am not sure if Accelerator requires a material booked by contract this can be more answered by your SAP TQM or SAP Account Manager. However you might choose the way of creating a case to check with an engineer. For this please use the component xx-ser-forme. Add the S-user not being able to see or download the software. Screenshots for a better view are highly welcome.
