Mismatch in results using Tags

There is a mismatch between the result using tag "Using SAP.com" under the path Home->community->Tag:Using SAP.com

And the path Community->Question&Answers ->Tag Using SAP.com

I've checked and looks like we currently have an issue with the search index on production, where recent content can't be found, when querying via a product/solution/topic tag. We are looking into this with high prio, as this seem to affect all CTP.
