Migrating from on Premises to IaaS - Linux + Oracle DB

Hello,

Currently we have SAP ERP running on AIX + Oracle DB.

We would like to move to any IaaS(Infrastructure As a Service).

I would like to know, If i use IaaS, and i install Both the OS and the

Oracle DB as i do on Premises (and in accordance with the PAM).

Will this Violate my support with SAP in anyway?
