And there is this weird concept, that this is applied only to the primary tag, not to the secondary one(s). This means, that you could create a blog/ask question in Portuguese with primary tag Nota Fiscal and add SD Billing as secondary tag, but you can't do the opposite.
And for questions this can be a problem - on tag pages you have a country selector, but not on the metadata ones, neither I can see a filter for metadata, other than question status. As a result you get a different number of questions in both views.
