One of my blog post rejected with this message

I just want to confirm should I create it as a document..?

Or its rejected because of MAP was covered well in help.sap.com

I am little confused..

First, this should have been created as a document, not a blog post:

Second, it's as shown: the content isn't new and has already been covered elsewhere making it redundant and not unique. So, no need to create this because it doesn't add anything new that isn't already available.
