Hello,
The Master Data Management (MDM) centralized and federated architectural models play a major role for managing master data. The MDM centralized model allows an organization to organize and manage master data into a central repository (Moseley, 2009; Wolter, 2007). On the contrary, MDM federated model doesnu2019t keep the master data in one database instead allow users to query the master data from multiple sources using MDM tool (Madhukar, 2009; Wolter, 2007). Leaders and stakeholders have to choose the right model for their organizations. The proposed study will examine the centralized and federated architectural models and provide the decision makers with new insight into determining the proper model for their organization.
