Marked as helpful but the points are not credited

Hi

I have given two answers out of that one answer was marked as "helpful answer" but the points haven't been credited. The answer marked as helpful is not showing in activity tab as well as reputation history but second answer is showing in both tab.  Kindly do the needful.

Also I am getting unread status of entry in communication even if I have marked as "Mark all read" several time.

just be a bit patient these days, there is currently an issue with the platform and the update is delayed for about an hour

I do have the same issue, answer was marked as "helpful answer" a few month ago already but not yet received the points or the mission "COMPLETE!" yet 🙂

It cannot be the same problem, as it was a temporary delay of assigning points yesterday.

Your case is about not getting a badge for your reply from last February.

Maybe you should try to give another helpful answer

At least you should create your own discussion instead oh hijacking the solved discussion of someone else to get the right person look into your case.

You can't expect that people are checking solved discussion to see if someone has added a new issue. And by the way, you can then mark the correct answer as correct which you can't do if you are adding your issue to other people discussions.

Allow the people who are helping you as well some points and badges.

I initially didn't expect anything as an outcome of my comment and I did not try to hijack anything - my comment was just meant to point out that the community network system is not properly working from time to time, nothing more - but thank you for your hint, I got your point!
