Hello there,
just a small thing compared to the ongoing bigger picture, but I noticed that the "Actions" link for comments and replies (under questions) is just on the gear icon and not also the text "Actions" itself. Whereas for the "More" menu on my own replies the text is included.
I think it would help if you could expand the link so that if a user hovers over "Actions" s/he gets the menu, too.
