Lost SAP Support Notes Access on my S* number after Universal ID

I just linked my S* Number to my yahoo email under universal ID. I've now lost all access to SAP Support notes.

I'm an independent contractor and this is an ID i've been using for the last 20+ years. Is there a way to unlink my S* number from Universal ID?

Hi wilbert_sison2,

To unlink your S-user from the linked SAP Universal ID, you have two request options available as described in KBA 2914815 - How to unlink users from an SAP Universal ID or delete the UID.

1.Create a Case:

Create a case for component XX-SER-UID and provide the following:

    • Primary SAP Universal ID email address:
    • Delete entire SAP Universal ID: YES/NO
    • Unlink (S-user ID, P-user ID):
    • Remove email address:
    • Reason for the request:

  • Important: the case must be created by one of the S-users linked to the SAP Universal ID account or by a super, cloud or user admin of the customer number where the primary SAP Universal ID email belongs to

2.Contact Customer Interaction Center (CIC):

If you are unable to create a case, send your request via e-mail to the Customer Interaction Center and provide the following:

    • Primary SAP Universal ID email address:
    • Delete entire SAP Universal ID: YES/NO
    • Unlink (S-user ID, P-user ID):
    • Remove email address:
    • Reason for the request:
