I seem to have lost the author status needed to post blogs on the new blog community. I had no issues with it before - clicking on "Write a blog post" took me to the blog post writing page. I've tried again today, and now it's telling me that I'm only in subscriber status and don't have the permissions.
Looking over the requirements to become an author, I should have permissions - I have 8 blogs on the old community. Just in case though, I tried going through the steps to become a contributor - followed the blog post with the instructions, followed a user, and a tag - and that didn't change anything either. What's going on here?
By the way, I did try both Chrome and IE, and I'm also connected remotely from a home office today. Maybe that's the problem.
