Login to marketplace is not possible

Hi All,

I am SAP BASIS CONSULTANT from a manufacturing company called Ganage

Group of Industries ,MIDC Pune. I am newly placed here and i am having

query regarding login to SAP SERVICE MARKETPLACE.

My previous BASIS Consultant imported certain Certificates in Import

section of Internet Explorer. He use to login to marketplace through

these Certificates and does not required any User-id & Password

feeding at the time of login. Now those files got corrupted and i

forecefully requred to format that system. Now the problem is when i

try to login to marketplace it does not access S-userid and Pasword. I

am sure about my password as previously i logged in and changed the

password. Kindly help me in this regard. I am giving you my S-userid

and Installation Number as follows. Please look into matter as i

simply can not login to Marketplace.Any more information will be

provided.

Thanks problem got solved by resetting password on marketplace
