Hello

I'm having problem to login on SCN since the update of Firefox to version 27

This has already been discussed in the here under post but as it was not in the appropriate area I'm creating a new post

http://scn.sap.com/message/14766962

I cannot sign on using certificate from sap.com

No error message, the page stays with a grey shade and the popup for validationg the certificate does never come.

The certificate is working for accesing to the market place but not for SCN.

I've cleared cache, history, cookies, disable popup blocker but it's still nor working

Regards

Have you tried applying a new certificate from SMP? That has helped me in the past.

Hello Samuli

I've just tried, remove certificate, create a new one... but I still have the same problem

Thanks

That's weird, it must be an incompatibility issue then. Does Chrome or IE work?

Try using Incognito Mode

Many people are facing this issue

Even I faced it once using chrome

But Yves has a problem with Firefox 27, not Chrome. I don't think Firefox and Chrome share any DNA...

I know but I wanted to say that issue is not limited to only Firefox, even Chrome is affected so it might be some SCN issue
