I am using Chrome
I go to blogs.sap.com
I have 3 notifications; I click on them to see what they are - and I am instantly logged out.
I did this twice...

Yep, got the same result. Actually even logging in kind of partially works. I simply entered blogs.sap.com in the browser (I use Chrome too) and got 3(!) prompts for certificate. After dutifully clicking on them (I have only one but apparently in Chrome it's very difficult to disable the prompt), I was still not logged in for some reason. After clicking on "log in" it span the wheels for a while (showing "you are now being authenticated" message) and then, without further prompts, I was in. But was also booted out after clicking on Notifications.

In PaleMoon and Firefox I managed at least to get some error out:
HTTP Status 400 - Service Provider endpoint saml2/sp/acs could not redirect to original application URL because it could not get the RelayState value from the request
I get the same message in notes search app if my session times out and click on that login link, but at least there I can reload the page and continue working. In the beta site this does not happen - I found no way to access notifications on Beta.
