Dear Experts,

In my profile the points are not getting updated, tried Login and Logout multiple times but result is same

Kindly help sort out this

Hi Surjeet,

yesterday I've had the same issue with different browsers IE11 and Firefox 41.0.1.

Today is ok.

Hello Roberto,

Found solution,

1. You need to Logout

2. Clear Certificates from the browser  To clear Certificates (Internet Exploxer)

Goto --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Content --> Certificates--> Select your certificate and remove it and reboot your Pc

4. Login into SCN again

Hi Surjeet,

I will try it next time when occurs, my issue disappeared by itself without intervention the next day.

Have you tried with some other browser ? If yes & still persisting an issue please mail to SCN support ID at sapnetwork@sap.com
