LMS Issue with a Articulate Rise 360 course

Hello,

I'm experiencing the below issue when attempting to launch a course from the learner's perspective. The Rise360 course has name has been changed to allow no spaces; zipped and tested on Articulate's testing site with no issues. Please assist. Thank you.

Error:

while trying to invoke the method com.plateausystems.elms.bo.studentcomponent.valueobject.StudentOnlineModuleDisplayVOX.getLaunchType() of a null object loaded from local variable 'studentOnlineModuleDisplayVOX'

It is most likely a problem with the database index, I recommend to create a support ticket. See also
