Links - Disclaimer Not Working anymore

Hello,

I do not know if I am on the right space to as this kind of question, I hope so.

Recently, I see that almost all the links which used to redirect to links "Legal Disclaimer for Links" are not working anymore.

I click for example (from a PDF Document) to a link and it goes to (in this case for a note):

In this page, there is no option to proceed.

For the notes, I can copy paste the note but for some other links it is very difficult to get to the document.

Is this a known bug?

kindly asking to share your experience if you are having the same problem.

Links where? Where did you find those PDF documents? Why not post an example?

And most importantly - why would you want to open legal disclaimer voluntarily? 🙂

the three links to "external documents" all produce a 404.

I don't see anything labeled "external documents" there but I randomly clicked several items and had no problems whatsoever. All PDFs opened, the "legal disclaimer" in the footer worked fine as well. And disclaimer links inside the PDFs worked too.

I did notice an authentication message though, so maybe some items are restricted to S- and other registered users?

If you still see an issue you might want to post the exact steps you're doing and screenshots.

They're not actually labelled "external", but they have the icon indicating that they are. Here's an example:

Clicking this link brings up the legal disclaimer page:

Clicking I Agree leads to the logon prompt:

Then sadness:

Note that the link still works from the help-legacy page:

although the destination URL is different, and no legal disclaimer page.

As I already mentioned in another discussion looks like all links to something:

https://websmpXXX.sap-ag.de/.

are invalid

Hello Jelena,

I am talking about SAP Official documents.

Many of the links point to legacy disclaimer page and that page does not have an agree/disagree option, which would let you go to the "promised land".

Copy the link address, and then remove the disclaimer part (http://help.sap.com/disclaimer?site😃 as a work around to bypass that page.

Using your suggestion leaves:

still produces a 404.

there is no "site=" attribute.
