Link not accessible , Getting error "The item does not exist. It may have been deleted"

I want to access below link which was working two days ago , but somehow now I am getting following error , while opening the same.

Not Found

The item does not exist. It may have been deleted.

I really need this link , please suggest resolution on this.

I removed the post because I think its more related to the space "Agile software development". New location is:
