Lifetime points not increasing anymore

I've noticed the lifetime point total that displays to the right of my name at the top of each page has not increased in a quite a while even though I know I've earned them. I understand my rolling points tapering off because of less activity in recent times but I thought lifetime points stay with you well, your life. What am I missing?

Hi Mark, Thank you for reaching out. You are right, lifetime points are supposed to stay with you, even if you haven't been that active lately. The last point earning activity I see logged for you was on January 21. Can you send me some details on more recent activities that you don't think are reflected and I can research further?
