License / installation issue

I am not sure how to navigate this site to get assistance with this issue, so hopefully someone can direct me on how to handle this.

I bought 3 licenses for Crystal Reports 14 in December.  I have it installed on 2 machines, fully licensed.  The 3rd install was never done, however if I try to install it, it says the license is being used.

I need to get this fixed ASAP.  I have tried before to find help but then got too busy to worry about it.  Now my procrastination has made for my now emergency.
