Hi

Currently my client was given onsite by other company. Now that we have to give the onsite support.

As per the process there would be a Knowledge Transfer(KT) from the previous consultant to consultant who is going to take on the job.

Kinly let me know the key details to be known during the KT

Regards

Vish

Vish,

could you please confirm that my understanding of your question is correct?

You have taken over a support contract and now you're asking us to tell you what you need to ask the previous support partner for, during their KT to you?

If I have misunderstood your question, could you please reword it?

If, however, my understanding is correct ..... how did you win this contract in the first place?

When I read all these kind of messages on SDN, I am scared to death for our systems...

Ah, you think they'll still be considered to be yours. Think again.....

It may be not nice from me but I pray to not become a customer from Vish's company...

The problem is that is not sure at all. High ranking managers don't read SDN forums and tend to beleive people speaking about lower prices...

I think this question belongs in the Coffee Corner... as it is not HCM specific (that is, other than being generally viewed as a bad career move...)
