KBA rating

Anybody who rated a KBA bad?

you get then a small box with 3 questions.

Is the box a yes or a no?

Anyhow those questions do not at all address why a KBA gets a bad rating.

In that case the Question should be "was the KBA understandable"

Those three additional questions pop up if you rate a KBA with 3 stars or less.

If you check the box, you are agreeing to the question, so technically a yes/no of sorts.

In regards to your comments about asking the 'right' question, we hear you loud and clear!  There was a study done late last year surrounding customers thoughts on the knowledge created as well as feedback mechanisms and the potential to change them.  A lot of customers feel the same way, so I do hope we see changes.

I will bring your suggestion back in the interim.
