Issue with Email delivery using CRM ORDER

Hi,

Under PPF or CRMC_ACTION_CONF (Incident Management in Solution Manager 7.2), i have an issue where Workflows with in PPF fails randomly.

I get an error

Name of the Smart Form : ZAI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_FORM

Processing Class: ZCL_SDK_DOC_PROC_CRM_ORDER

Processing Method: CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SF_MMR

Error when sending to ....email address

No next page defined.

Action Could not be successfully executed.

This happens randomly.

Not able to figure out why.

Can any one of you help out.

Hi All,

I figured out the issue. The Smart form which was copied accross from Standard SAP, into Z version does not have Next page . Which means that email triggring fails with the data goes beyond 1 page,
