Hi Chinna,

you need to also do the actions as described in section 4 of the tutorial, i.e.

"In order for your blogging permissions to change from Subscriber to Contributor, you MUST perform all of the activities in this step before you click Done. Activities taken previously, or just clicking Done without doing the activities, will not enable the permission change. (If you wish to undo the activities afterwards, for example unfollow a piece of content you followed for this step, you may do so.)"

Means: follow a tag or person and follow any blogpost.

Hi Mirko,

Thanks for your support.

Yes, I've completed as suggested and now, am able to post/write a issue by using the "Write a blog post" option.

Regards,

Chinnababu.

Hi Kirill,

I did as you suggested but still I could not able to log a defect using the "Write a blog post" option.

I'm getting the following message when i click on that option. "You have not achieved the blogging permission level required to perform this action. To learn more about user levels, please click here"

Regards,

Chinnababu.

Do you want to "log a defect" (as you say) or write a blog post?
