ISA & IPC as sub-area to Java

Hi,

as Internet Sales is a product that requires heavy Java knowledge, but also specific API understanding only a fairly narrow group of people can contribute to the related discussion it would be nice to see this topic in it's own area. Maybe even combined with IPC as they walk hand in hand.

Currently all of this information exists within the Java area, but it is quite cumbersome to dig out the ISA related topics from there.
