Is there limitation on Blog ?

Folks,

I just want to know as there is no place to share document you have prepared which contains say 15-20 snapshots for better understanding , after SDN moderators have banned floating of personal mail ids ( which was very nice stpe taken )

Could i make a Blog so that everybody can share the document and save lot of time which i have already wasted for a particular configuration.

Also i would like to know the process to make a blog ?
