Is JCO Is SAP JCO 3.0.5 compatible with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7 (7.40)?

Hello,

We are planning to migrate from SAP to ECC 6.0 EHP 7 (7.40)

In the present system environment there are different Non SAP Applications that touchbase with SAP.
These Non SAP Apps uses SAP JCO 3.0.5 to establish the connectivity with SAP.

My question is:
Is SAP JCO 3.0.5 compatible with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7 (7.40)?
