Hello carlos.pedro5,
Unfortunately this function is not yet supported. This is a pain that many of us go through. Many of us change jobs and that changes our email ID's. They had to create a new account and then link their old one to new one. This may not be perfect though helps merge reputations and some content between two accounts. This is one of the reason why most of us started using P-ID (personal ID and emails) for account. To avoid changes in future.
There are plans to support universal ID (no time line available).
If you find above information helpful, feel free to up-vote (arrows on left) and accept (at the bottom).
Thanks,
Vijayeta

Not possible and I seriously doubt it'll be possible going forward, considering how long it's been and the fact that SAP chose to focus on "universal ID". Which solves some of the issues (i.e. managing multiple SIDs) but not the core issue that you cannot change email assigned to PID, although you can do that for SID.
If it makes you feel better, you have a good company in this misery.

I'm in the same situation, I want to change my P-User email.
In openSAP is allowed. Why not in accounts, profiles now that a SAP Universal ID is the standard?
