Initial Comment field is inadequate

When you need to reply to a comment or answer, initially the field looks like this:

This is probably a good idea for Twitter, TikTok and Truth Social, it is not for a Q&A forum.

• No editor tools, including

/* Insert/Edit code sample */​

• No pasting images
• No multiline replies
• No product hashtags
• No @ mentioning

Now I have to first post a one-liner like an orange faced fruitcake, and then go and edit it, to be able to create an intelligent reply.
