Incorrect Following list

Dear 1DX team

I noticed in my Universal Profile, the list of people I follow is incorrect.

engswee.yeoh

There are a number of people on the list who are no longer active on SCN (i.e. Mariana Mihaylova, William Li) that I have "unfollowed" for a long time, but it is still migrated over.

Eng Swee

Hi, Eng Swee,

I've checked some data, and the data for followers was taken from 15.04.2016 and then imported into the new subscription service. The data export from JIVE shows 14 users.

Can you tell us when (approximately) you have unfollowed those users?

Also you current JIVE (SCN) connections (follows) shows you follow 23 people. Can you tell us approximately how long you've been following this number of people?

This would help us in the investigation.

KR,

Vladimir

Hi Vladimir

Thank you for your message.

I don't have the exact date but I am very sure that I unfollowed Mariana Mihaylova very long time ago (definitely before 15.04.2016) - she left SAP quite some time back and no longer active in SCN. Another one I'm pretty sure I've unfollowed way before 15.04.2016 is Abhishek Ranjan. There are a few more which I've unfollowed but I'm not entirely sure if this was before or after 15.04.2016.

Regarding the new additions to my current Jive count of 23, these seem correct as I've added these after 15.04.2016.

So the only issue I really see is some that have been unfollowed for a while, but still imported into 1DX.

Hope this information would be helpful in the investigation.

Regards

Eng Swee
