Inactive Moderators

With the new version of SCN, is there any possibility to track inactive Moderators?  I could see in almost all forums, couple of Moderators are not at all participating in any discussions nor moderating the forum.  Then what for they earned that logo?  How SCN Global Moderators are going to check this, if this provision is not there.
