In the inbox, why " 'user' tagged the product" although it's just a reply?

I'm just wondering why I receive this post in my inbox marked " 'user' tagged the product" although it doesn't seem to be a tagging action, it's just a reply (link to https://community.sap.com/t5/application-development-discussions/what-is-the-use-of-display-maintena...) :

although it's tagged ABAP Development everywhere.

Also, another post was marked more logically "replied to topic" in my inbox (link to https://community.sap.com/t5/application-development-discussions/excel-upload-using-rap-application/...) :

Any idea why? Could the mark be improved? (to be "replied to topic")

I am so sorry @Sandra_Rossi, it seems I forgot to get back to you here. We are investigating this currently, to see if it a bug or a notification feed text that should be changed.
