In Report Painter, my report starts on the second page

How do I prevent this from happening?

I went into section overview and joined my 3 sections into 1 table. When I go to view it in gr55 > z9ab  I have to scroll all the way down and my report starts on page 2.

I had a similar problem.  After much looking around, I found that I had inadvertently added a blank title page.  After deleting that page, actually I deleted the lines then the page went away, my report began starting on page 1.
