Images do not appear in useful article

Hello,

an article by the following link http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-33533 has some images in the content.

But they do not appear.

Having got in contact with author I got to know that he doesn't have the issue.

Could you please help to sort out the sutiation?

Hi Anton,

This can happen when images are copied from another document or source instead of being uploaded to the document using the insert image tool.  This causes a conflict with permission schemas meaning some users can't see the images.

I've repaired the document and you should be able to see the screenshots now.

Hi Jason,

Could you please help me understand this?

I insert the images using the "Insert Image" button at the top toolbar. I don't know of another method. Shoud I do anything differently?

If not, how come the images state was invalid?

Turns out the images were copied from a document by the same author that was deleted.  I've reached out to the author to fix this.
