Image upload in SCN with small size of same file does not work

Hello!

I have experienced the problem when anwering or asking question. If i select an Image bigger than 1 MB, it is throwing an error. I keep the Image Uplaod screen and make the file smaller and try to using the same file in existing Upload screen, does not work. The same error message appears.

I have to close the Image Upload screen, and open the Image Upload screen.
