I want to login SCN on my mobile phone, if scn have APP for android or IOS ? does someone ever use it ?
There is no SCN app available. You need to use the Jive application

Unfortunately even this Jive App is not working anymore.
I found it doesn't work, what a pity, do you have some others recomend?
In a few weeks/months is the new SCN up and replacing the current, this is then for mobile friendly.
