So after reading i reached that I need to install SOLMAN on another seperate server to generate the XML stack files for EHPI from t-code " mopz " .
I`ve installed the SOLMAN on another server " windows server 2008 R2 " , and succsesfully finished .

Hi Rami,
Once the basic configurations are done. It will be just 30 minutes sufficient to complete the connections between Solution manager and ECC 6 system.

Above link for the same.
You should create ECC system in solution manager as below link

Set SUser id to solution manager which comes under the basic settings.

Maintain SAPOSS RFC connection, hope you have an SAPROUTER setup for your company.
Please let us know if you are facing any issues.

First link is the steps you should follow for selecting the target SP level required for your ECC system.
MOPZ is not a transaction code, it is maintenance Optimizer.
You should t-code SMSY to create a system ECC in SOLMAN and create RFC connections to ECC.
You will have to maintain an SUser id with download access in the SOLMAN system. That will be the second link.
You will have to maintain SAPOSS rfc connection with router string and logon details will be OSS_RFC and password CPIC, client 001
