I want to change my mail ID

I am register on SAP with my company mail ID.

But now i am switching my company.

thus I want to change my account mail ID.

Can some one suggest steps to change?

Hi Ayush ,

Congrats for the Change .

recently I went through the same story and get it resolved .

Just drop a mail  to sapnetwork@sap.com , mentioning the new mail id , Old mail id , user id (P*******) ,

user name (***) , mobile number , company name (Whatever you can provide) and the reason for change (old mail box will not be reachable etc ...) .

Once changed It will take 24 hour to take effect .

Finally found a answer.

below link will open a page where you will find Action tab on lower Right corner from there you can change your password and Mail Id directly.

"scn.sap.com/people/<User Name>"

Oh...right: this is possible for public user accounts. 

It's not the same for S users: accounts assigned via customers or partners.

But can you tell me to change mail Id for "Cloud.SapLumira" account?

I want to change that as well.

Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to consolidate SCN accounts, link them or transfer points, badges or content from one account to another. Our identity management system is complex and we are working to develop a functionality to consolidate accounts, but since it is complex work it is taking more time than originally expected.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing to you. At the moment what you can do is create a new account and start from scratch with no content and no points, and once the functionality to merge accounts is available you will be able to benefit from it.

As of now changes(clubbing) were not possible. better to create new one and use it.

not possible get back those. you need to start from point 1 again.
