It appears you have 2 userids and the contents appears under the "other" Srini

Seems I have 400+ points in one account and 50+ in other...

For the time being there isn't really any way to "merge" your accounts.  is working on that ability. I know it's frustrating as you have points in both accounts.  Hopefully this function will be available in the future.  Sorry to be the bearer of less than good news

Can something from the back-end (admin) to atleast transfer my points and the whitepaper content to this ID??

Hello,

I just had to validate your identity (there's always the risk of two users with the same name) and have now assigned to your current account.  Unfortunately we cannot do this with other content.

As Jason said, you might want to share the url so we can determine why it isn't appearing in your profile.

Please make sure you looked at the Content tab first though.
