One person said, sure, no problem. Just send your request to this email address.
So I did that.
And they replied saying they can't merge accounts.
Sucks for me.

Currently SCN user accounts cannot be merged.
In some cases a manual manipulation is possible, but not when both user accounts hold content and points – as I see in your SCN user accounts.
I believe that the development team are working on a tool that will enable merging SCN user accounts.
However I don't expect this any time soon.
Meanwhile, I recommend that you do all your activities in SCN with only one of your user accounts.
