I have an S-User ID and i am trying to open KBA Notes.

Its getting you are not entitled for SAP/KBA Note.

I guess your S-User is not authorized to view the SAP notes.

I am the user administrator. Although i have all authorizations. Even i cant able to see the KBA Notes

The authorization to view the SAP notes. Just ask your administrator.
