Well that's a good catch. I think the point of the exercise of including win.shuttle on the "forbidden" list was historically in answer to a large number of complaints that were initially logged around that company spamming the forums, but it seems, indeed, that such behavior has been remedied. In fact one of their folks is an active and participant blogger with good content and no more spam.
As for the forbidden list and the corresponding behavior, at this time, neither side of my brain is functioning at full throttle so if the above doesn't make any sense to you Mylene, kindly ignore.
On the other "other hand" it seems you've just uncovered a glaring error which will be remedied.
