I can't download SAP Download Manager

Hello,

I am trying to download SAP Download Manager from SAP Software Download Center, but I can't. My S-User Id has Software Download permission.

When I click on the package (Version for Windows for instance), a new blank window opens and anything happens.

I could notice that SAP Download Manager appears as a new item in my Download Basket.

I tried 3 browsers - IE, Chrome and FireFox.

Any ideas?

Hi Antonio,

Did you go here: Download Manager | SAP Support Portal and click the link for Windows?  I did notice that it is a pop up, so make sure pop up blockers are disabled.

Yes, I did. A new blank window opens but nothing happens.

The window just opens with this URL:

https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1wdCZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/download_basket/download.htm?objid=0120...

My pop up blocker is disabled.

Can you try this link: https://service.sap.com/sap/bc/bsp/spn/download_basket/download.htm?objid=012002523100007633812012E&...

It will prompt you to enter your login ID and password.  You should see this at the bottom:

If that doesn't work, will need to log an incident with support under XX-SER-SAPSMP-SDM component.

Unfortunately it haven't worked.

I filled my credentials but a blank window opened again without any option to save the file.

Sorry to hear that Antonio.  My suggestion is to log an incident under the XX-SER-SAPSMP-SDM component.  You can also contact the Customer Interaction Center for assistance with this at http://support.sap.com/call1sap.
