I can not open some documents

Hello!

I am new to SCN and really need to access some intresting documents on SAP support on VMware  vSphere.

I can open some documents but not all on

For instance, when i try to open the document

Note 1788665 - SAP HANA running on VMware vSphere, now also supported SAP HANA Tailored Data Center Integration *NEW*

https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1788665

I get a box asking me to authenticate again to a webserver (https://websmp230.sap-ag-de:443) . my credentials do not work there.

Is some documents blocked for me? I am a "public" user and just registred.

You need to login with s-user id to access that document. If you don't have one, you can ask your BASIS admin to create a one s-user id for this.

So i need another login for that? I am afraid that I have no "basis-admin" that I know of. I will try to get hold of one in the project. Thanks for helping out!

You are trying to access http://service.sap.com  which is SAP service marketplace and it can be accessed with s-user id only. You may check this document also for more understanding

This is all regarding SAP OSS note...

You need an user id for that.

This can be provide by your basis department....

You can contract your basis tem..

They will provide you a S user id and password...

Then using this id and password, you can see the all link...
