Dear Pankaj,
Can you share which badge you're referring to? Once a badge got uploaded to your profile it automatically gets displayed in the Reputation section of your profile.
Please note that we have automated missions/badges and manual missions/badges. Hence, for some it might take a little longer until they are displayed in your Reputation section.
