How to Update First Name - Univeral ID

Hi SAP,

Can someone guide me how to update first name in universal id.

I would like to give little background of the issue. I am unable to take up the sap certifications as the first name in universal id is not matching with my government id.

Hi @Mukhtar1 - please go to the Personal Information settings in account.sap.com. You can change your personal data there.

Was about to provide the same answer 😄 The UID account manager sadly is not as easy to find as it should be.

I have the same question.

I can change the first name of Universial id in Personal Info tab. but the first name in Accounts TAB can not be changed.

Yes @Ningqun, The UID name can be changed in the Personal Info tab. If you also want to change the P-user name, you may have to contact the SAP ID Service team by sending email to SSO@SAP.COM. Thanks
