How to unsubscribe from email-notify (about SCN-Content)

I tried the option "Follow" on Content "Data Warehousing", after that, many mails were sent,

so i want to stop that and klick at "Following" to switch back and stop Following,

but it seems that this unsubribe and stop following does not work, until now, many mails are coming to my mail-account,

and within every mail, any unsubscribe-funkction is missing.

so, what to do to stop following and unsubscribe from SCN-content ?

thanks for that link,

but i dont want to stop mail-notification in general,

i only want to stop mail-notification about the (before followed content, but now i stop following that specific content "Data Warehousing"), so i dont want mails about that content "Data Warehousing" anymore.

Other SCN-content, some of them i am still following, should send mail-notificaton furtheron. that will be o.k.

and

why (SAP) can not include an unsubscribe link in every mail - that should be normal to unsubscribe from every mail.

There was a bug about this but it was resolved: perhaps make sure that you've also stopped the eMail notifications from the space.  Go to the overview page and then check the Actions box in the top right:

These tracking options also exist on individual pieces of content so you might also be tracking a document separately.
