Hi everyone,
I accidently clicked on "Publish" while editing a document. The document was not ready for publication yet, but I was unable to find how to unpublish it. Does anyone know how to do it?
I found how to restore old versions, how to add new unpublished versions, and how to delete the document. I had to do the latter and create a new one as a workaround...
Thanks and best regards,
Ingo
PS: Can I search a certain space? Maybe someone has asked this question before...
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Ingo,
There is no option to unpublish a document right now. But you have an option to move them to your personal space(Option - Your documents) and maintain the visibility to just you so that it will not be searchable in SCN space. Then no one else can access your document. Once you have finished the draft, you can move it to the corresponding space and publish it. This should solve your problem.
The other way is to delete and create another document. You may choose whichever option, you think is appropriate.
Thanks for your understanding. Keep posting your suggestions and concerns which can help us to improve the features and quality of SCN.
Best Regards,
Leon

This only applies to SCN content authored online. Older content residing in the older "KM" repository must be handled by IT and support: sapnetwork@sap.com
Hi,
I think there is no option to unpublish the document in scn.
I suggest you to edit the document and publish it or delete the document and create new document again.
Regards,
Harish.
