How to turn off email notification

I want to follow the forum but at this monument I don't want to receive email notification for every conversation in the forum, How can I do that? I am not able to do that. Can anyone help me?

PS. I have changed the settings in Preference. Every notification option is off. Still I receive notification email.

I saw that post. as per guidance I have checked forum, but couldn't found Stop email notifications option.

You have to stop the eMail notifications on the space and/or content and/or author.

What are you getting notifications from? (URLs)

More important would be to know how you have defined your preferences:

and also if you clicked somewhere (for a space, for user) the button "Track in communications" .

Communications is that what you get when you click the communications icon on top right.

If you see a lot content in Communication and and have the radio button for "Everything in my Communication page" set to ON (see screenshot above) , then you will get for each item there an email.

you are following 5 places and 5 people. And the in your profile you have defined that you get emails for followed activities, see the 2nd setting from the bottom in your screenshot.

I have turned off of that option, still I am receiving email notification each and every post.

I am pretty certain that this is possible as I do not receive a single email on discussions from any space I am following.

Are you getting only emails from those 5 spaces and 5 users or do you get more emails, even from other spaces?

I am getting email notification from those 5 spaces/forums. whoever creating post and reply, i receive email notification. Maybe when those 5 user post or reply, I get a email notification.

go to the space were you have discussion and click on stop email notification.
